Life outside of Tour Directing: She's a performance psychologist for elite athletes and a ski mountaineer who’s taken on the Himalayas, Denali, and Ecuadorian volcanoes.

Life before Tour Directing: At 26, Luca left his software engineering job, put a sleeping bag on his bike, and spent 8 months on the road. The rest is history.
