HANDPICKED ACCOMMODATIONS

Our global operations team scouts out local accommodations and handles all hotel arrangements for each group. If something doesn't get our team’s stamp of approval, it doesn't make it onto your tour. We prioritize hotels that offer authentic local charm, convenient access to activities and attractions, exceptional service, and comfortable amenities. Whether it's a boutique property in a historic city center or an eco-lodge near hiking trails, every hotel is chosen to complement your destination and provide a restful base for your adventures.

Specific amenities vary, depending on the hotel. But many properties offer spas for post-adventure relaxation, on-site restaurants featuring exceptional local cuisine, and stylish bars perfect for evening socializing. You might also find swimming pools and other unique amenities that reflect the local culture and character of your destination.

Our tours always include breakfast served at the hotel. Food and menu options vary depending on the destination and hotel. Most breakfasts will be buffet-style, including fruit, yogurt, cold sliced meats, cheese, eggs, toast, coffee, juice, and water at a minimum. Many hotels will also serve bacon or sausage, pancakes, French toast or waffles, cereals, and pastries. This spread is most common in Europe and North America. Other destinations may include offerings that more so resemble the local cuisine.

We offer several room types to meet your preferences. Double rooms sleep two people with one bed (double/full or queen), twin rooms sleep two people with two separate beds, and private rooms (single occupancy) are available with a single supplement fee. All rooms include private bathrooms.

Solo travelers automatically stay in private single rooms - we don't pair travelers up with roommates. This is why solo bookings include a single supplement fee.

Your hotels will start appearing in your online account and mobile app 30 days before departure. Depending on your destinations, some hotels may be posted closer to 15 days before your tour, so don't worry if not all hotels are available to view immediately. If your tour is still several months away, you can get an idea of accommodation types by viewing the hotels listed on your tour's itinerary page on our website.

Sustainability is a key factor in our hotel selection process. We prioritize properties with environmental certifications, energy-efficient practices, waste reduction programs, and local sourcing initiatives. Many of our partner hotels participate in green programs, use renewable energy, minimize single-use plastics, and support local communities. We're committed to responsible travel and continuously work to improve our environmental impact.

Yes! All accommodations are included in your tour price. This covers your hotel room for every night of the tour as outlined in your itinerary. If you're booking as a solo traveler, there's an additional single supplement fee since you'll have a private room to yourself. All hotels include private bathrooms and meet our standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness.
